A Time of Thankfulness
November is more than football and a big thanksgiving meal. For it is a time of fellowship with friends and families, being grateful for everything we have, and for the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. A time of thankfulness!
The spirit is who we know is guiding us each and every day to make life choices, protect us from the evil one, to discern God’s will for us. This gift of Hope. Hope is the feeling everything will work out to the good of what we hope for. We all have seasons of growth, and many times during growth is lessons we learn through life’s struggles, difficulties, and hardships. From grief and disparity, mental and physical abilities and challenges, loss of family and friends, financial worries, and so much more. Yes, a time of thankfulness.
The Bible gives us an account of lives of our ancestors from the beginning of time, and nothing we are going through now that isn’t written in the Bible of someone going through what speaks to us now.
God with us! For it is written; God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He will never leave you or forsake you.
Place your Hope in God and you will experience his Peace and overwhelming Joy that transcends more than you have ever experienced.
Today my friend I would like to express my thankfulness that we have this gift; the Holy Spirit within us.
What are you thankful for? Please let me know, I would love to her from you!
Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
