When you express gratitude towards others and in your life, you’ll find less to be disappointed about. “Gratitude is the new attitude” How much better do you feel when people show appreciation for you, knowing your kindness and generosity are recognized.
Please treat people as you like to be treated.
The bible says in Proverbs 17:22 A merry heart does good, like good medicine. Think of happy thoughts and put joy into people’s lives. And you will keep your own spirits high.
Sometimes showing our gratitude and having a positive attitude is all about perspective. We can wake each morning with a positive outlook and be grateful for our health and families, and our jobs, but we are tired of the same dull routine and want something better and we slowly become miserable, and our happiness eludes us. Don’t let this be you!
Without being judgmental of others though I would like to point out how important it is to keep a positive outlook on things, and keeping things in the right perspective. Being grateful for what you have without worrying about what you don’t have, and to pray, hope that God will bless you with abundance, and he will if it is his will.
Matthew 6:33–34 first seek the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to your life. Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

Having Acceptance
Adapting to change is sometimes having acceptance, especially if we’re reluctant to change. Sometimes changes occur brutally like an afternoon thunderstorm during a hot summer day, one moment you are teeing off or lounging by the pool on a beautiful sunny day, then with little warning the clouds roll in, pouring rain, thunder and lightning explodes in the skies.
Many times, changes occur gradually, such as a baby who eventually grows into adulthood. Some days encountering change may be brutal and some may be more pleasant changes like watching your children grow.

Psalms 46:10, “Be still and know that I am God”. Knowing I can’t do everything, I do what I can do and leave the rest to God.
