Seasons of Hope

And now, Lord, what do I wait for? My Hope is in you.
Psalm 39:7 (NKJV)

I enjoy the summer months lounging by the pool or gazing out at the lake while boaters take advantage of boating season here in Michigan. Our summers are short in contrast to Florida. However, we spend our time wisely during the summer and don’t take it for granted because here in Michigan, the splendid fall colors will be upon us quickly. I love seeing the reflection off the lakes or taking color tours by car. Autumn has lots to offer and give thanks for while preparing for yet another season. Winter and then Spring again.

Maybe you’re going through a difficult season now. In what season do you find your hope?

How can you begin to turn to God in all seasons and let Him be your hope no matter your circumstances?

In your Becoming Anchored Companion Journal, use the prompts and space for your reflections.
