We need to celebrate us

Let us remember, we need to celebrate us sometimes too. Kindness and self-care are vital to our success, and our life. Yet, we fail to recognize what we have accomplished so far. Being caught up with thinking more is better. Therefore, the busier we are, the sooner all our dreams will come to fruition. In the meantime, we often forget what truly matters, despite all of the challenges we may encounter.WE need to celebrate us sometimes

God is able to do much more than we ask or think through His power working in us. Ephesians 3:20(NLV)

Sometimes I struggle with getting my message across as I imagine. But when I include God in my message the words seem to flow accordingly, hoping you would be moved by the Holy Spirit. Later I may reflect upon how God intervened and guided me through the struggles I have. A gratitude journal is an excellent source to write what God has done. In doing so, you can let go of what you didn’t do and focus on what did go well. So, if this sounds familiar take time to celebrate, and reflect on what went well, what you’re grateful for, and how the Lord made an impact.

Do you know of anyone who struggles and feels sorry for themselves? They may blame others for their difficulties and their hurt. When you try to help, you often hear some lame excuse or reason why it’s not them. I pray you don’t fall victim to their destructive behavior, and irrational beliefs. I encourage you to ask them if you can pray for them, or on your own. Invite them to finding something every day or someone they are grateful for and write it down. Tell them how when you follow this regimen you’ll find time to celebrate.

Pray with Me

Father in Heaven, thank you for your continued blessings. When I take a break or do something special for myself, and we should sometimes celebrate us too. Let me not forget to appreciate your goodness, your kindness and your love In Jesus name, Amen…
