Winds change direction. Circumstances change.

              Winds change direction. Circumstances change.

Winds change direction. Circumstance change. Imagine yourself in a boat and suddenly the winds change direction as many times they do. Especially on Lake Michigan. Many times, coming from different directions causing waves to crash into each other. Suddenly as the boat is rocking in all directions and water is splashing into the boat and the next wave comes along the side and nearly capsizes the boat. You try to keep the boat at a steady pace into the waves, so you don’t capsize. The waves get even bigger, the engine stalls your thrown in many directions, and then finally as the boat is headed into some rocks along the shore, you shout out, help me Jesus!

The disciples went and woke him up, shouting, “Master, Master, we’re going to drown! When Jesus woke up, he rebuked the wind and the raging waves. Suddenly the storm stopped, and all was calm. Then he asked them, “Where is your faith?” Luke 8:24-25

This may be how your day is going. Being thrown into all directions. Overwhelmed. One storm after another.
As it is said “when it rains, it pours”

Trials can be through our everyday lives, and suddenly something happens causing one disaster after another. At work, home, on our drive, even at the store. All you want is to go home and rest, hoping tomorrow will be better.

But wait, why wait until tomorrow. Jesus wants us to find joy and peace every day. Simply say Jesus “ help me” waking Him up as the disciples did.

Winds change direction. Circumstances change.
